Wilson Holloway were approached by Australian entrepreneur Ed Britz to design his flagship store for his ceviché salad concept - Hippy Fish.
Drawing on our clients love of travel, the interior is inspired by the raw textures of villas and beach clubs in Mexico and the mediterranean.
The room is wrapped in a pitted micro-cement blanket that curves up from the floor to envelope the front serving counter and bench seating. A timber ceiling conceals the services above, and vivid colours serve as a fun contrast to the monocromatic finishes.
In the heart of Marylebone, the concept has been an instant success, breathing new life into the tired casual food scene on this famous street.
Hippy Fish stands apart from other poké oulets in London by sourcing all ingredients from the highest quality providers, using the same fish suppliers as London's top sushi chefs. Hippy Fish offer a daily market special as well as a Lobster + Black Caviar option.
Watch out for more locations coming soon.
